STEVE BAILEY has successfully parlayed a Business Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a seven year career in Marketing and Sales into a passion for assisting clients with their real estate transactions. This is accomplished by combining creative marketing solutions with solid negotiating practices, open communication and a client service commitment that begins with uncompromising service and ends with excellent results and mutual satisfaction.
Steve uses his business acumen and knowledge of the local marketplace to assist clients through both the sale and purchase process. This is achieved through diligent research and old-fashioned hard work; understanding the intricacies that comprise the local markets; and highly skilled expertise in all facets of real estate brokerage, from customer service and effective marketing to negotiations and the sometimes delicate situations that arise during the closing process.
Steve's business philosophy is simple - he maintains a fiduciary obligation to protect the best interests of his clients throughout their real estate transaction. One-on-one relationship building is very important and when clients choose to work with Steve, they can work with him personally or they can choose to enjoy the personalized service of a top-producing Associate while being overseen by Steve's dedicated and knowledgeable Administrative staff. This benefits both sellers and buyers. Steve's team ensures he is available exactly when clients need him the most while the integrity of the day-to-day operation of his business isn't compromised.
His participation with his clients does not end with the completion of a sale. He is available for ongoing consultation, market evaluation, vendor referral and recommendation. Steve's many satisfied repeat clients speak to his success. Most recently, Steve was awarded the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award for career achievement and the RE/MAX Chairman's Club Award for sales excellence in 2007 through to 2011. Also in 2011, Steve received RE/MAX's highest honour - the RE/MAX Diamond Club Award for Sales Excellence - and finished among the Top 100 Teams in Canada!
As a result of the tremendous growth Steve has experienced since his start in Real Estate, in 2010, Steve decided he could offer more to his clients. In fact, he realized the best advantage he could offer them is to build a team of like-minded professionals to ensure he could better service every aspect of a selling or buying transaction. As such, The Bailey Group officially became a team in April 2010 comprised of Steve, Isabel Pinheiro, Katia Bailey and two Administrative Assistants, Susan Stanway and Ana Jesus. In November 2011, Steve welcomed two new Buyer Agents to The Bailey Group - Helen McIntyre and Francesca Costa.
